Job Description
We’re looking for a Employment Legal Counsel (2–3 PQE) to join our friendly and collaborative in‑house Legal team. This is a varied role where you’ll advise on the full spectrum of employment matters, support litigation, and work closely with senior leaders across the organisation. You’ll be part of an established Legal function alongside the Head of Legal, Senior Legal Counsel and a Paralegal, partnering with HR/People, Operations, Clinical teams and external advisers. If you enjoy providing clear, practical guidance and building strong relationships, you’ll feel right at home here.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape high‑quality employment law support across the business—from day‑to‑day advisory work and contract updates to managing disputes, guiding organisational change, and contributing to strategic projects. You’ll also play a key role in developing policies, delivering training, and supporting both employed and self‑employed workforce frameworks, including IR35 considerations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow, make an impact, and be part of a supportive team that values expertise, collaboration and continuous improvement.
