Job Description
The Fraud and Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in identifying, preventing, and responding to fraud risks and loss events across PortmanDentex’s network of dental practices. This position offers the opportunity to build on existing foundations, refine processes, and develop strategies that safeguard financial integrity.
The focus will be on transaction fraud and cash handling policies, ensuring robust controls are in place. With time, the scope will expand to broader fraud prevention initiatives, strengthening protections across the business. Working closely with the Head of Treasury, this role supports the development of proactive measures to minimize financial exposure, establish group-wide revenue recognition and cash-handling controls, and collaborate with the Cash and Banking Team to ensure policies actively prevent loss.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership, shape the function, and drive meaningful change in a critical area of the business.
