We have a new vacancy for an Operations Manager covering some of our North East practices - this is an ideal position if you're looking to make a move into this type of role, and you live within a commutable distance of this location.
Our Operations Managers provide leadership across a group of multiple practices, ensuring we put patients at the heart of everything we do, and enabling our practices to realise their full potential.
You'll work closely with Practice Managers, and all regionally aligned colleagues, to ensure each practice meets its financial, operational, colleague engagement and patient satisfaction objectives.
We welcome your application to this role if you have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in managing multiple sites within a customer-facing industry, such as private healthcare, retail or hospitality.
- Prior P&L management experience
- Experience of delivering a multi-site strategy in line with ambitious group-wide growth
- Proven commercial experience in a commercially focused environment

This role is field-based, with regular travel to the practices across the North East.
