The in-house Legal team is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Paralegal to support a variety of legal matters. Working closely with the Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel, the role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial areas, fostering collaboration across procurement, operations, property, HR, marketing, and company secretarial functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the start of a legal career, with plenty of room for development. With mentorship, guidance, and increasing responsibility over time, the role allows for the expansion of legal expertise in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Autonomy and learning are encouraged, ensuring continuous professional growth within a dynamic business setting.
The overview of the role will be to provide essential legal and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations across daily tasks and long-term projects. This role involves managing the team's service request system, streamlining legal workflows, and assisting with contract review, drafting, and advisory work across various commercial agreements, including supplier, event, marketing, confidentiality, and data protection contracts. Qualifications
We welcome your application to our Paralegal vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- A UK law degree (or a non-law degree with GDL), with LPC or SQE qualification preferred, laying the foundation for a strong legal career.
- Experience as a paralegal in a commercial legal setting, ideally for at least a year, bringing valuable insight and practical knowledge to the role.
- A natural ability to connect with people, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and external partners in a collaborative environment.
- A keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency

We offer a hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in London. This will likely be 1 day a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located 5 – 10 minute walk from Kings Cross station (Or St Pancras). 1 day a month in our Cheltenham office will be a requirement too. The Cheltenham office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance, and features a café on-site, free parking, and beautiful parkland surroundings.
