Exciting Opportunity for a Specialist Endodontist at our Occudental Private Dental care, Sheffield.
Are you a skilled Specialist or Dentist with a special interest in Endodontics seeking to collaborate with a dedicated and supportive practice team? We have an exciting private-only opportunity at Occudental, where you can provide expert care in a thriving, patient-focused environment.
We are seeking a confident and experienced Endodontist who is also proficient in providing Endodontic treatments and comfortable handling cases of all complexities.
What We Offer:
Start Date: Available Immediately or a later start can be negotiated
Working Schedule: 1 x day per month to begin with, with surgery space available on a Saturday.
Book build opportunity with Denplan available, opportunity to be a busy list.
Free parking at the practice
3 surgery practice with a team of 2 Hygienists, 7 General Dentists, 1 who Specialises in Invisalign and an Implant and Oral Surgeon.

Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
- Specialist qualification in Endodontics recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC)
- Current GDC registration as a Specialist Endodontist
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex endodontic cases and microsurgical techniques
- Strong clinical knowledge of periapical pathology, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proficiency with modern endodontic equipment, rotary systems, and digital imaging technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Strong organisational abilities and time management skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical governance and patient safety
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic clinical setting
**Desirable Qualifications:**
- Dental Specialist with Interest (DWSI) or equivalent advanced qualification
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or clinical supervision
- Knowledge of the latest endodontic protocols and evidence-based practice
- Experience in trauma management and emergency endodontic care
- Familiarity with practice management systems and digital patient records
- Interest in clinical research or continuing professional development in endodontics
- Experience working within group dental practices or dental organisations
