Biography

After qualifying from Cardiff Dental School in 2017, Lucy completed further training as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at St George's Hospital and in Oral Surgery at Guys Dental Hospital, London. Following this, she gained her membership to The Royal College of Surgeons and moved to Surrey. She now splits her time between providing Oral Surgery procedures at Longborough Dental Practice and working as an Oral Surgery Specialty Dentist at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill. Procedures she can provide include: - complex extractions - management of patients with complex medical histories - third molar extractions or coronectomies - exposure and bond or open exposure of impacted canines Lucy endeavours to create a calm and relaxed environment for patients, to ensure treatments are as comfortable as possible. She also has access to an OPG and CBCT machine within the practice, which helps her provide the appropriate treatment plans for her patients.
