Biography

Andrew qualified in both medicine and dentistry at Trinity College in Dublin. Having worked across the USA, India and China he has developed a particular interest in head and neck malignancy and aesthetic facial surgery. Andrew is currently a consultant maxillofacial surgeon at University Hospital Monklands and The Southern General Hospitals, as well as an honorary clinical senior lecturer at the University of Glasgow. He has been an oral and maxillofacial/ head and neck surgeon at Scottish Centre for Excellence in Dentistry for over 20 years – helping patients in all areas of oral medicine; managing anything from complex wisdom tooth extractions and peri-radicular surgery to TMJ and blepharoplasty.
