Biography

Amanda graduated in 2000 from Manchester University, and moved to Newcastle for the GPT programme at Newcastle Dental Hospital. During this time she completed her MFDS qualification from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. Having worked in general practice, Amanda moved to Australia, where she was the Senior Dentist for the School Dental Service in Far North Queensland, as well as part of the Royal Flying Doctor team, providing dental treatment in some of the remotest part of the country. She also worked in private practice, but decided to return closer to home after 4 years overseas.
