Biography

Omar is excellent at helping anxious patients with his calming nature. He is also very experienced in providing dental sedation which can allow even the most phobic patients undergo treatment. Omar is very experienced in oral surgery and has a keen interest dental implants, replacing missing teeth and treating anxious patients. His dental implant training started in 2011 when he completed 18 months of training at the University of Sheffield. Following on from this he joined the International Team for Implantology, which aims to promote continuing development and increasing knowledge in the field of dental implants. He has also completed advanced implant placement courses, in South Africa at the prestigious Branemark Institute and in Portugal at the Malo Clinic. In 2018 Omar completed a three years Masters degree with merit, in dental implants at the University of Bristol. Since completing his Masters degree, Omar has worked with Bristol University as a postgraduate supervisor for students completing their dental implant research projects. He is also involved with mentoring and training fellow dentists in placing dental implants.
