Catherine is at the forefront of clinician engagement and senior leadership. She manages and supports several talented teams across the UK and Ireland, including our clinician engagement leads, practice clinical leads and clinicians. She is also principal dentist at The Smile Rooms Dental and Implant Clinic.

Dento-Legal Advisor & Complaints Lead
Emily brings far-reaching expertise in regulatory, legal and ethical aspects of dentistry. She is a practicing dentist, spending most of her career in the Community Dental Service. She’s worked with adults and children with additional needs, handling difficult issues around consent and capacity.

Shilla has over 25 years’ experience as a dentist – including owning a practice and consulting on regulatory and compliance matters. She ensures the highest standards of patient safety and quality while staying aligned with CQC regulations and supporting clinicians to deliver safe, effective care.
