For the offer to apply, the initial consultation must be booked and attended before 23:59 on 31/10/2026. This offer is open for all individuals who are new private patients at the practice.

Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Teeth Straightening. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Teeth Straightening will be charged at an additional cost.

Appointments are subject to availability. The Teeth Straightening discount/and or Free consultation is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that the practice is not able to facilitate a consultation scheduled in relation to this offer, the practice will use best efforts to rearrange the consultation. Where the Teeth Straightening consultation must be cancelled in the event that the practice is unable to facilitate the consultation scheduled and cannot rearrange the consultation, a full refund will be issued to the patient.

The Teeth Straightening discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The practice accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. The practice does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore the practice accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from the practice negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to new patients only. The practice can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
