Very Important Parent terms and conditions
This Very Important Parent Orthodontic Offer (the “Offer”) is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are new patients at a participating practice and who have a child currently receiving orthodontic treatment.
The Offer includes a free new patient consultation and £500 off eligible teeth straightening treatment. The Offer applies to full orthodontic treatment only and excludes sectional and single-arch treatments. The Offer does not apply to appointments booked for any other treatment. Appointments are subject to availability.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with any required treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit is at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit will be discussed with the patient in advance and charged separately.
In the event that the participating practice is not able to facilitate an appointment under this pricing, it will use reasonable efforts to rearrange the appointment.
Where an appointment must be cancelled because the participating practice is unable to facilitate or rearrange it, a full refund will be issued.
The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount unless expressly stated.
The participating practice will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the initial consultation. If any treatments are required following a consultation, the participating practice will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective.
However, the participating practice cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues, please contact the Practice immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights, including claims for personal injury arising from negligence.
We may update these conditions from time to time. If any part of these conditions becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The practice reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time without notice. No cash alternative is available in respect of this Offer. All treatments are subject to clinical suitability as determined by the treating clinician. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
